The injector MP-I is designed to inject meat with brine, which is supplied under pressure through needles. Suitable for meat with and without bone, meat elements, chicken carcasses and elements. The needles have small holes that can be located both along the body and at the tip of the needles.
Each meat injector is equipped with several types of needles, the thickness and number of which can be selected depending on the size of the semi-finished product.
