Processing of pulp offal

The line is designed for processing such offal as liver (liver, heart, lungs, diaphragm, trachea with throat), kidneys, spleen, meat trimmings, udder, tongue, brains.

The technological scheme of processing may include the following operations:

  • cleaning (separation of foreign tissues, cuts and degreasing)
  • washing
  • drying
  • quality determination, sorting, packaging
  • sending for cooling and storage

It is intended for effective processing (washing) of meat and meat-and-bone offal of cattle (liver, heart, lungs, diaphragm, trachea with throat, kidneys, spleen, meat trimmings, udder, tongue, brains).
