1. Discharge wheel LF-D

Designed for automatic separation of the casing from the intestinal set.

2. Washing machine for pork casings LF-B

It is intended for processing ppork casings.

Operation principle of the line

1. After separating the stomach from the intestinal set, the operator determines its approximate middle and throws it in a V-shaped form onto the receiving hook of the LF-B machine, where the intestine is captured by rollers.

2. Сasings is passed through rubber stretching and lower smooth rollers, during which the contents are separated.

3. Then casings passes through degreasing rollers, where the outer side is treated (degreasing-brushing).

4. To remove the contents of the stomach, it is necessary to install a side trough and a container for collecting the contents.

5. To prevent the product from getting on the floor, a container for collecting the stomach and used water should be provided.

6. The outer wall of the casings should be treated at least 2 times.

7. Then the intestine needs to be manually turned inside out. The turned casings is passed through the machine again for removing slime and degreasing.

8. After processing, casings should be placed in cold water for cooling.
