Design features

  • material: stainless steel AISI304
  • height-adjustable supports, providing balancing of the stable position
  • working element: perforated disc with pushers
  • manual loading and unloading
  • manual tilting of the upper working body (for maintenance)
  • separate power cabinet with frequency converter for disc speed control
  • direct drive - the gearmotor is dynamic and less inertial, allowing it to perform operations such as abrupt stops, starts and reverses, which improves the quality and reduces the time of by-product washing. Due to the absence of torque transmission losses, energy costs are reduced.
