It is for this purpose that FELETI has created a FELETI service department, which includes a staff of highly qualified mechanical engineers and technologists. All work carried out by our specialists after delivery of the equipment guarantees a quick and smooth installation and start-up.
Installation
We install the equipment taking into account all the possibilities of the customer's production, as well as checking the conditions for electrical and water connections. If you have a highly qualified team of technicians and engineers in your company, then supervised installation is the best option for you. In this case, a FELETI service engineer will supervise the customer's specialists during the installation of the supplied equipment.
Pre-commissioning
The commissioning is carried out by our mechanical engineers with the support of process engineers. This start-up not only allows you to put the equipment into operation, but also to identify important points in the processes, which is very important for fulfilling the quality and yield requirements of the food processing plant.
Warranty
We offer a 12-month official warranty on all equipment manufactured. A team of FELETI mechanical service engineers with many years of experience can be on-site at any time. After the warranty period has expired, you can also contact us for maintenance.
Spare parts
FELETI machines are manufactured using only the highest quality parts and assemblies, customised to the customer's production. We realise that you lose valuable sales in the event of downtime. That is why our service department will make sure that you receive original spare parts as soon as possible. We have an on-site parts warehouse, so you can always count on fast delivery.
